Blekko - Useful for locating duplicate content on your site, popular pages on other sites, and more. Search for your domain (or competitors), then click "seo".

W3C Validator - at the very least, make sure you limit your website's errors

google.com/webmasters - most SEO experts will agree that a Google webmaster (analytics) account is a top priority for analyzing your site traffic, performance, paid/organic search effectiveness, etc.

Alexa - Alexa is great for finding inbound links to your competitors (so you can try to get links from them too), and they are now offering a "seo site audit" (which I haven't tried)

reelseo - great tips about marketing and seo with videos

google.com/trends - Have 2 search phrases, and wondering which is more popular? Try this link which will compare search volume of two different terms. Replace the sample text with your own phrases.

prchecker.info - It's just a pagerank checker, but seems to be online/functional much more often than others.

WebSiteOptimization - site speed test + free advice on speeding the page load time

XenuLink - Quickly scan and identify all broken links on your site, which may be hurting your SERPS. Also useful to list all pages on your site, then sort by title or meta description (good for finding a removing duplicate content)

XML Sitemaps - create an xml sitemap automatically - to help Google crawl your site.
